CBRE appointed by IDI Gazley to property manage logistics assets across Europe
The assets include 39 buildings totaling 850,000 sq m spanning six countries
CBRE, the global real estate advisor, has been appointed by IDI Gazeley (Brookfield Logistics Properties), a leading global investor and developer of logistics real estate, to manage a portfolio of 39 logistics and warehouse assets spanning six countries across Europe (Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Hungary and the UK), covering a combined area of 850,334 sq m.
Three assets comprised in the portfolio are located in Italy: the Magna Park in Monticelli (Piacenza), about 60,000 sq m currently leased to Scerni Logistics on behalf of Whirlpool, the G-Park in Pozzaglio (Cremona), about 30,000 sq m leased to Wal-Cor and theMagna Park in Villanterio (close to Pavia, about 35,000 sq m), leased to L’Oréal, for a total GLA of 120,000 sqm of asset under management in Italy.
Under the agreement CBRE will manage a portfolio of existing IDI Gazeley logistics properties and warehouse assets and will support Gazley for the portfolio's technical management, the facility management, all administrative issues and relationship with tenants..
